Lead Climbing Test Out
This booking is to take the Lead Climbing Competency Check. Must have 2 people per booking.
Read instructions VERY carefully!
Lead climbing and belaying test outs are PASS/RETEST/FAIL. Failure to demonstrate proficiency
(needing correction, help, assistance, or hesitating) may result in a FAIL grade and require the
climber to complete a lead climbing class.
Minimum Age:17 Years Old
Prerequisites: Must have proficiencies in Auto Belay, Top Rope, and Bouldering to sign up for test out
Persons: Must have 2 people per booking to test out
Time: 30-45min
Gear:
• Must supply own rope.
• Must supply own Assisted-Breaking Device (Gri-gri, Pilot, and Jul only!)
Please flake out and untangle your new rope before test out begins!
Refunds for Day Passes are NOT issued for Test Out failures.
No call/no shows may result in a 2 week schedule ban and/or $10 fee. Please give at least 6 hours notice of cancelation.
